Payment

Please be advised that due to the increasing cost of credit card fees and redemption fees, gratuities cannot be processed on the following:

  • Credit or debit cards
  • Spa Finder Gift Cards
  • Spa Wish Gift Cards
  • Spa Week Gift Cards

We welcome personal checks. Gratuities can be included if you pay by personal check for all services. 

Spa Finder, Spa Wish and Spa Week Gift Cards can be used towards services only

Check-In

Please check in at the reception area 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.  If you are running late, please notify us so we can make the necessary adjustments in our schedule.

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep your appointment, kindly notify us 24 hours in advance to allow us the opportunity to fill your time slot with another guest.  We will gladly re-schedule your appointment for another time that works for you. 

If you fail to inform us of your cancellation within the 24 hour time frame, Skin For All Seasons reserves the right to charge you for your missed appointment.

For cancellation of multiple service group appointments consisting of one hour or more, a 48 hour notice is required.  If you fail to inform us within the 48 hour time frame, Skin For All Seasons reserves the right to charge you for the missed appointment.  We require a guaranteed payment via credit card on all services of one hour or more.

If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact Customer Service within one week of your visit so we can do our best to re-schedule that service for you.  Also, retail products can be exchanged if you are not completely satisfied.

The use of cellular phone/pagers is not allowed in the spa area.

Please note we do not provide child care services, so we ask you to please make the proper arrangements.
