Check-In

Please check in at the reception area 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.  If you are running late, please notify us so we can make the necessary adjustments in our schedule.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep your appointment, kindly notify us 24 hours in advance to allow us the opportunity to fill your time slot with another guest.  We will gladly re-schedule your appointment for another time that works for you.  If you fail to inform us of your cancellation within the 24 hour time frame, Skin For All Seasons reserves the right to charge you for your missed appointment.

 

For cancellation of multiple service group appointments consisting of one hour or more, a 48 hour notice is required.  If you fail to inform us within the 48 hour time frame, Skin For All Seaons reserves the right to charge you for the missed appoinntment.  We require a guaranteed payment via credit card on all services of one hour or more.

 

If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact Customer Service within one week so we can do our best to re-schedule that service for you.  Also, retail products can be exchanged if you are not completely satisfied.

 

The use of cellular phone/pages are not allowed in the salon and/or spa during your visit.

 

Please note we do not provide child care services, so we ask you to please make the proper arrangements.  Our goal is to provice you with the most tranquil, relaxing and stress free environment during your visit with us.
